Hello,

I am using Odoo V16 Online enterprise version. There are some orders missing in PoS due to connection lost. After 3-4 hours connection was re-established but in mean time there were aroudn 60 orders created. But I could not see those 60 orders posted anywhere in Odoo. Normally Odoo should generate a rescue session if PoS session was closed. But there is no rescue session created nor missing orders are visible. How could I get all missing orders in Odoo PoS  posted. I have pics of orders but they are all. 

These orders might be stored somewhere in browser's cache. But then WiFI symbol in Odoo should show red color with unsync orders. In my case, PoS has green wifi symbol, meaning all orders are already synced. 


At one point odoo has also thrown an error like there are too many unsync orders in PoS, but where can I see those orders. I somehow came across that product categories have no stock input and output account linked. Is it something causing this behavior?


my goal is to recover all missing orders. Please suggest me how to achieve it.
