Hi odoo community,
i think i have a little problem, but i could not find a solution. im new in this software, i set it up on my qnap docker in the community edition v17 and all works great, i love the look and feel.
it was a few days work to get all set up like all nginx settings, my company data, the pdf templates, the texts, the email templates, the payment implementations and had to test many things, so i wanted to start using it from zero, but i can't delete the test invoices because there are some audit trails. so i wanted to delete the audit trails: not possible. then i unchecked in settings audit trail, so it uninstall the audit trail, but thats not possible, because there are entries left. and i cant delete the entries, only export is available. even not in developer mode or as a super user i found anything to delete these things. i thought about duplicating the database, there is a button neutralize?? but that got me an error access denied. i am so lost right now, i tried so many own attempts, but got always stuck, i need the help of the community
does anybody know how i should start a new instance but without setting all up again?
