Learn the basics of using a packages in the outbound and inbound process flows. Use the convenient "Put in pack" button in Odoo to quickly place all products in a sales order in a package. How can the ‘Detailed Operations’ smart button on a transfer be enabled?
‘Show Detailed Operations' is enabled by default, and cannot be shut off
‘Detailed Operations’ is enabled in the Inventory App (under Configuration > Operation Types > select the operation type > enable ‘Show Detailed Operations’)
There is no setting to ‘Show Detailed Operations’ in Odoo
Enable it by going to Inventory app > Configuration > Settings > enabling either ‘Packages’ or ‘Batch Transfers’

After I put products in a package, and process the transfer in Odoo, how can I see the package contents?
*Only* via the ‘Packages’ smart button - and nowhere else
*Only* by going to the Inventory App > Products > Packages
Under the ‘Destination Package’ column in the ‘Detailed Operations’ or ‘Packages’ smart button –AND from the Inventory app > Products > Packages
There is *NO* way to access packages after I put items in them for a delivery
