Recruiter (Fluent in French)
We're looking for a Recruiter who is bilingual (French + English) to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will create impact by helping us identify, assess, and hire top talent across both technical and non-technical roles. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. Main Responsibilities 💪
🔹 Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Identify and engage top talent through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
🔹 End-to-End Recruitment Process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
- Manage interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
🔹 Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking meetups.
- Create an outstanding candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and transparency.
🔹 Data-Driven Recruitment
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, candidate experience, etc.).
- Continuously optimize hiring processes based on data insights.
Must Have 🎯
- Fluent in French & English
- Bachelor degree in HR or related field
- 2+ years in recruiting, preferably in a tech/startup environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Great organizational skills
- Be proactive and work in autonomy to contribute to the success of the company

- Sourcing Skills: Strong experience in sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Job Boards, ATS platforms.
- Be based in Nairobi, Kenya or be a member of the East African Community (EAC)
