Odoo in Kenya surpasses 100+ employees in under three years

Odoo has reached a milestone of over 100 employees in its Nairobi office, marking a significant step in its growth within Africa. Odoo is now recruiting 70+ new team members across various roles to support the increasing demand for its business management solutions.

Odoo set up its Nairobi office in July  2022. Since then the company has strengthened its workforce by hiring professionals with roles such as business analysts, sales consultants, partner managers, and account managers. The demand for applications like point of sale, inventory, accounting, manufacturing, and website building has surged, creating a need for skilled experts to advance digital transformation in companies.

Odoo's Managing Director in Kenya, Patrick Lukusa, states:

“This milestone reflects both the growing demand for Odoo’s solutions in Africa as well as the commendable efforts of our amazing team. With 50+ new job openings this year alone, we’re excited to expand our team with a long-term goal of creating more job opportunities both directly and through our partners network”.
