How can I make a refund on a specific sale?
You can’t. However, you can promise your customers a great discount the next time they come.
Add the item to the cart and click on Refund, then click on Payment.
Add the item to the cart and click on the minus button, then click on Payment.
Click on Refund, select the sale and the item to refund, and click on Payment.
