Having an automated system to gather customer feedback is crucial to save time and effort when interacting with customers. 

In this course, you'll learn to set a customer rating email by practicing. If you are stuck on a question, we recommend watching the video tutorial, but it's optional.

1. How can you activate the "Customer Ratings" feature?
You don't need to; the feature is activated by default. From a project's settings: the feature is project-specific. From the Project app's settings. From the gear icon on the Project app dashboard.
2. What is a "Rating Email Template"?
A Rating Email Template contains a rating request automatically sent to the customer when the task reaches a specific stage. A Rating Email Template employs AI to evaluate email content and categorize messages based on sender preferences. A Rating Email Template is an encrypted email that assigns a score to the sender's writing style and rates their grammar and vocabulary. A Rating Email Template is a digital email signature that displays the sender's rating as a user or customer of a particular product or service.
3. On what element do you set a rating email template?
On tags. On stages inside a project. On each task of a project. On project cards.
4. Can you customize a rating email template?
No, it can only be sent as it is. No, you can only attach a file to it. Yes, open the template's form from the stage's settings. Yes, but only once. To change it again, create a new template.
