I can send mails via openERP only for people who has user logins to system. How can I configure it to send mail to out siders who dont have user logins ?

Hi Udari,
You have to create a partner to send email. This is because Open related emails you send with leads and opportunities, so it is useful to keep the partners that we send emails. It is not necessary create a user.
