We are absolute Odoo newbies and have to aggregate our data from different systems and make it work with Odoo.
Now that we have finally connected our Microsoft mail server and Odoo is busy sending mails with the right domain, we want to prepare a mailing.
We first set up a test mailing, which had a manageable four recipients. After creating it, we sent it out. Please note: 4 recipients!
This mailing was in the queue for a whole 10 minutes before it went out. However, it was sent and reached the recipients. Both the queue phase and the sending process can be tracked in the table under Settings > Technical > Email > Emails.
We have now built another mailing in which there are also predefined fields, e.g. for the salutation of the recipients. It should initially be sent to the four recipients again.
In a nutshell, what happens:
1. The mailing has been on hold for over 24 hours.
2. The mailing is not visible in the table of sent emails. I therefore have no access to the queue.
3. I have created another mailing, very simple, without any special features, as with my first test mailing. But this does not leave the queue either.
Does anyone have any advice?
