Having worked on a number of ERP's one feature that keeps getting requested by some of our teams is how we handle users who are on annual leave or exit the company.
This was normally handled through a temporary or permanent delegation process, such as swapping the responsible user for activities, swapping or masking the project manager or salesperson in projects and CRM or Sales.
Similarly, is there a way to easily handle the transfer of responsibilities when a user leaves the company?
