- Install Odoo Consolidation App.
- Add subsidiaries and set 49% ownership for the partially owned company.
OR MANUAL CONSOLIDATION (WITHOUT MODULE)
- Export Trial Balances from all companies.
- Adjust 49% ownership for the subsidiary’s profits/losses.
- Record consolidation journal entries under the holding company.
