I have 4 companies, one is a holding company that owns the other 3.

My holding company owns 49% of a company.

How can I consolidate the companies under the holding company with 49%?

Best Answer

Using Consolidation Module (Enterprise Edition)

  • Install Odoo Consolidation App.
  • Add subsidiaries and set 49% ownership for the partially owned company.

OR MANUAL CONSOLIDATION (WITHOUT MODULE)

  • Export Trial Balances from all companies.
  • Adjust 49% ownership for the subsidiary’s profits/losses.
  • Record consolidation journal entries under the holding company.
