Early bird pricing ends May 30th, 2025
Your entrance ticket will be sent to you by email a few weeks prior to the event.
Cancellation policy
- 100% refundable until July 18th, 2025.
- 50% refundable until August 4th, 2025.
- As from August 5th, 2025, no refunds will be made.
All requests for refund have to be submitted by email to connect@odoo.com before the beginning of the event.

Odoo Connect is a pre-launch to our signature event in Belgium (Odoo Experience). This annual event brings together all members of the Odoosphere, including, partners, clients and open source software fans. The 2-day event is a chance to learn about our latest release through inspiring talks given by experts from all over the world. Plus, our exhibition space is the ideal opportunity to showcase what you have to offer and forge professional connections.
A Smartclass is an immersive 2-day training session that takes place just before Odoo Connect. The training sessions give you the opportunity to upgrade your skills (September 2nd-3rd). You can choose from a list of function and technical subjects and learn from the best of our Odoo Experts.
Odoo Connect will not be streamed, this is a prelaunch of our newest version and is only available in person. If you are not able to attend, no worries, all the talks from Odoo Experience (Sept 18th-20th) are streamed on Youtube. This allows you to watch them live or in replay.
Passes
Yes, Odoo Connect is open to everyone for free. Please note that the Basic Pass does not include food, drinks or any evening activities. To gain access to these, you must purchase a Premium Pass or Lunch Pass.
No, the SmartClass is a paid training session.
Odoo Connect is open to everyone for free. However, if you want to live the ultimate experience, we highly recommend that you buy a Premium Pass. The Premium Pass gives you access to catered lunches, dinner and exclusive evening activities.
You can always cancel your registration by sending an email to connect@odoo.com. Tickets are 100% full refundable until July 18th, 2025 and 50% refundable until August 4th, 2025. As from August 5th, 2025 we only refund tickets with proof that your visa was denied or if your country's regulations don't allow you to travel. All refund requests need to be communicated via email to connect@odoo.com.
Yes, you can always modify the name on pass. To do so, just email us at connect@odoo.com mentioning the original name on the pass and the name you would like to replace it with.
All badges will be printed onsite. Show the QR code included in your confirmation email to get access.
Practical Information
There are a few hotels in the area of Pier 27. Other districts in San Francisco close to the venue are: Union Square, North Beach, and Financial District.
The best way to get to Odoo Connect is by ride share, parking at the venue is limited. There are private parking lots in the area of Pier 27 but in general parking is limited. You can also check out other forms of public transportation such as the Muni routes & Stops.
Due to security concerns, we recommend that you leave your luggage at your hotel.
