The Early Journey

An Inevitable Growth Story

The technical trio, Karthik, Adarsh, and Umesh worked as ERP consultants in SAP & Microsoft Dynamics for 13 years. One fine evening of October 2017, they had the idea to provide affordable, reliable, and user-friendly IT solutions. Although the market was offering plenty of options, the trio was adamant to work with growing technology. After heavy market research, Odoo's customer-centric products, advanced features, and affordable pricing seemed promising to them. That's when the trio decided to found Prixgen in Feb 2018.  

Karthik & Adarsh realized early on how necessary it was to solve IT-related pain points while accommodating the strategic needs of the company. Today, Prixgen Technology is one of Odoo’s most reliable partners with an annual customer retention rate of 98%. An excellent example of Prixgen's technical competence would be the implementation of Odoo for BI Worldwide and Murudeshwar Ceramics Limited amid the global COVID-19 pandemic.

BI Worldwide provides consumer loyalty programs and incentives to various industries. The company struggled with accounting and finance related activities while using the traditional system. BI Worldwide management was keen to have a financial system that could be seamlessly integrated with OMT / Tableau / Clear Tax and provide real-time reports. Team Prixgen understood the requirements, prepared a plan, and implemented Odoo’s Accounting app. Implementing Odoo in the time of the coronavirus crisis provided them an intense experience. The project was completed in less than 2 months with all the backlogs for 2 years. 

Murudeshwar Ceramics Limited replaced all legacy SAP, Tally, and Daily Tracker applications with Odoo Enterprise Edition. The client was impressed with the way the Prixgen team enabled a smooth transition from the legacy system to an integrated Odoo solution with minimum business disruption. Prixgen’s professional effort and expert knowledge made the process simplified. Not just these two, there are many projects in which Prixgen solved a complicated problem, improved scalability, and provided stellar customer service. 

So far the Prixgen team has completed over 17 Odoo implementations, though customer issues arise, they solve each issue amicably.
